A Bit About Me
Frank brings nearly two decades of dedicated experience in the human services field, shaped by an extraordinary career that began overseas as a firefighter, where he trained and worked in critical incident and emergency response roles. Transitioning into the area of drug and alcohol services, Frank contributed to the establishment of multiple new facilities and programs, helping to provide life-changing support to those in need. His expertise then led him back to front-line critical support, playing a pivotal role in founding regional services with Chaplain Watch, a groundbreaking initiative delivering support and solutions for late-night entertainment venues.
A qualified family counselor and psychotherapist, Frank specializes in addiction and complex trauma, bringing warmth, professionalism, and deep insight to his work. His passion extends beyond direct client support to mentoring emerging leaders in the human services sector. Frank has guided countless individuals in launching or advancing their careers, offering supervision, mentorship, and encouragement to help them realize their potential.
Frank’s personal life is as dynamic as his professional one. Married for nearly 20 years, he and his wife are proud parents to four children and two dogs. In his free time, Frank can be found surfing, paddleboarding, or tinkering with one of his vehicles. A family of dedicated Judo competitors, they travel around Australia attending tournaments, embracing both the discipline and camaraderie of the sport.
Frank’s unique combination of skills, experience, and passion make him a valued leader and mentor in the human services sector. His dedication to fostering resilience and growth, both in individuals and teams, is at the heart of everything he does.
